Drake, Hileman and Davis is fortunate to have two former prosecutors on staff to aggressively defend criminal matters.
Tom Blackburn worked in the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office for a period of 5 1/2 years. During this period he gained extensive trial experience, prosecuting a variety of criminal matters including Homicide, Robbery, Burglary, Narcotics, DUI, White Collar Crime. While a prosecutor, Tom became Chief of the Juvenile Division, and also worked as a Trial Team Captain for one of two Narcotics Units. Tom's criminal defense practice is focused in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, but it has also extended to Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Lehigh and Northampton Counties.
Pete Hileman, a former Deputy District Attorney in Bucks County District Attorney's Office won over 30 jury trials. During his years as a prosecutor, he coordinated the office's trial list and handled a wide range of major felony cases including homicide, rape, armed robbery and narcotics. He has been handling a wide range of criminal defense cases for the past 20 years, including major trials and appeals.
